Who is responsible
This tool is a research prototype of the DIGICHer project (Horizon Europe, grant agreement 101132481), operated by the Task 4.4 team at Vilnius Gediminas Technical University. Questions and requests: eriksonas@gmail.com.
What we store, and why
- Account data — your name, email address, optional organisation, and a salted hash of your password (never the password itself). Used solely to operate your account. Legal basis: your consent, given by registering.
- Saved runs — analysis setups you explicitly save with the "Save this run" button. Stored so you can reload and compare them; visible only to your account.
- Verification and reset tokens — short-lived, single-use, deleted on use or expiry.
Everything else — assessments you import, positions, stress results — is computed in your browser and stored nowhere unless you save a run.
What we do not do
- No analytics, tracking, or advertising of any kind.
- No sharing with third parties. Verification and reset emails are sent through the project's own mail account.
- One cookie only: the essential session cookie that keeps you signed in (30 days, HttpOnly, Secure).
Where the data lives
On the project's virtual private server in Vilnius, Lithuania (EU), with routine backups held on the same server. Data does not leave the EU.
How long we keep it
Until you delete it. Deleting your account (sign in on the landing page → "Delete my account") immediately and permanently removes your account, sessions, and all saved runs. Backups age out within 14 days.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can access, correct, export, or erase your data at any time — deletion and access are self-service in the tool; for anything else, email the address above. You may also lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.
